AT THE LEYTE GULF LANDING. Vice President Noli "Kabayan" De Castro leads national and local government officials in commemorating the 61st Anniversary of the Leyte Gulf Landings in Palo, Leyte. REPRESENTS PRESIDENT GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO. Vice President Noli ‘Kabayan’ De Castro read the message of President Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo for Leyteños on the occasion of the 58 ^th Charter Anniversary of the city of Ormoc. President Arroyo had to leave for Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, Thursday afternoon for the burial of Endon Mahmood, Prime Minister Abdullah Ahmad Badawi's wife who died earlier in the day due to breast cancer.
