VP WITH FELLOW BIRD LOVERS. Vice President Noli ‘Kabayan’ De Castro recently met with fellow bird enthusiasts led by MMDA GM Robert Nacianceno (second from left). The bird lovers, through the VP, pointed out that the rampant illegal smuggling of exotic birds must be curbed as it significantly increases the chances of the dreaded avian flu reaching our country. TWO VICES TALK ON HOUSING
Vice President and Housing and Urban Development Coordinating Council (HUDCC) concurrent chairman Noli ‘Kabayan’ De Castro exchanges views with Cavite vice-governor Jonvic Remulla on the development of housing programs in the locality.
