Preparations for the housing project in San Miguel, Bulacan are underway after the recent signing of the Memorandum of Agreement by the Housing and Urban Coordinating Council, headed by Vice President Noli “Kabayan” De Castro and the Department of Finance with partner agencies for the project, namely, the National Housing Authority, Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas and the Manila Banking Corporation. The housing project is intended to benefit government employees, teachers and the police force. Present were: Federico Laxa, General Manager, National Housing Authority, Atty.
