As Her Excellency, President Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo, celebrates her
58th birthday, Arlene and I wish our beloved President continued good
health and success in her efforts, together with her official family,
to steer our nation towards lasting peace and tangible
prosperity. Indeed, these are very trying times for the Filipinos
from all walks of life and our Chief Executive needs no less than our
determined and committed support for her programs and policies.
May the Lord continue to bless the President and her loving
family. So to the President, many returns of the day!!
