De Castro a lot of reason to be happy lately. De Castro, tasked by President
Gloria Macapagal Arroyo to
lead government’s efforts to
alleviate
the plight of millions of homeless Filipinos, gladly spoke before Lingayenos
during his visit to a housing
project at the Lingayen Gulf,
Pangasinan.
